Privacy Policy for Word Voyage
Word Voyage is a mobile word puzzle game developed and published by Concept-Squad (“Concept-Squad”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use Word Voyage on Android or iOS.
1. Information We Collect
Word Voyage is designed to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary to operate the Game.
2. Game Progress and Preferences
The Game may store information such as:
- completed levels and chapter progress;
- stars, achievements, coins, hints, and virtual currency;
- selected language;
- audio, vibration, and gameplay settings;
- statistics and daily challenge progress;
- unlocked or purchased content.
This information is primarily stored locally on your device. Word Voyage currently does not require users to create a Concept-Squad account.
3. Advertising and CAS.AI
Word Voyage uses CAS.AI / Clever Ads Solutions to provide and manage advertising. Advertising may include rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and other supported formats.
CAS.AI is an advertising mediation platform, which means advertisements may be delivered by third-party advertising networks available through CAS.AI.
Depending on your device, privacy settings, consent status, country, and advertising partners, advertising services may process information such as:
- IP address;
- mobile advertising identifiers or device identifiers;
- device type and operating system;
- application information;
- approximate location or region;
- application launch time and session duration;
- advertising impressions and clicks;
- advertising interaction information;
- technical and diagnostic information.
This information may be used for ad delivery, ad measurement, mediation, frequency control, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
4. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising
Where permitted by applicable law and platform policies, advertising may be personalized. Where consent is legally required, personalized advertising or related tracking will not be enabled until the required consent has been obtained.
If you decline consent, Word Voyage may still display non-personalized or contextual advertisements. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing the Game.
5. iOS App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, Word Voyage may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before allowing tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies.
You may choose “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track”. If you choose not to allow tracking, you can continue using Word Voyage.
6. Consent for Advertising
Depending on your country or region, the Game may display a consent interface before certain advertising-related processing takes place. Where required, you may be able to change or withdraw your consent later.
7. In-App Purchases
Word Voyage may offer purchases such as:
- coins;
- hints;
- Remove Ads;
- Premium features;
- other virtual items or content.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Concept-Squad does not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.
8. Restore Purchases
Word Voyage may communicate with Apple or Google services to verify and restore eligible purchases. We may receive information confirming a purchase, but we do not receive your full payment credentials.
9. Analytics and Advertising Statistics
Word Voyage and its advertising providers may process aggregated or pseudonymous information such as sessions, ad impressions, rewarded ad completions, clicks, advertising revenue measurements, country or approximate region, and device or operating-system information.
This information may be used to maintain the Game, improve monetization, identify technical problems, understand feature usage, and improve gameplay.
10. Information We Do Not Require
Word Voyage currently does not require you to provide Concept-Squad with your:
- real name;
- home address;
- phone number;
- date of birth;
- profile photograph;
- password;
- payment card number.
11. Local Game Data
Progress, settings, achievements, statistics, language selection, virtual currency, hints, and unlocked levels may be stored locally on your device.
Deleting Word Voyage, clearing application data, or using the Game’s Reset Progress option may permanently remove locally stored progress unless the data is preserved through platform backup functionality.
12. Children’s Privacy
Word Voyage is a general-audience word puzzle game. Concept-Squad does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us.
Advertising and consent configuration may be adjusted where required by applicable children’s privacy laws, Google Play policies, Apple App Store policies, and advertising provider requirements.

13. How Information Is Shared
Concept-Squad does not sell personal information directly to data brokers.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers where necessary to operate Word Voyage, including:
- CAS.AI / Clever Ads Solutions;
- advertising networks available through CAS.AI;
- Apple;
- Google;
- payment and platform services;
- fraud-prevention and technical infrastructure providers.
Third-party providers may process information independently under their own privacy policies.

15. Data Retention
Locally stored game information may remain on your device until you reset progress, clear application data, uninstall the Game, or the operating system removes the data.
Information processed by CAS.AI or other third-party providers may be retained according to those providers’ own policies and applicable legal obligations.
16. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have options or rights to:
- refuse personalized advertising;
- deny iOS tracking permission;
- change advertising permissions;
- reset or restrict your advertising identifier;
- withdraw consent;
- request access to certain personal information;
- request deletion of certain personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing.
17. EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, personal information may be processed on legal bases including consent, legitimate interests, performance of a requested service, or compliance with legal obligations.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
18. International Data Transfers
CAS.AI, advertising networks, Apple, Google, and other providers may operate infrastructure in countries different from the country where you live. As a result, information may be processed internationally, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
19. Security
Concept-Squad uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information under our control. However, no electronic system, network, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Word Voyage functionality changes, advertising providers change, additional SDKs are introduced, or applicable laws and platform requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.
